Shipping & Timelines

Average production time 2-5 business days from date of purchase, excluding holidays. This does not include delivery time.

 

All packages are shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be sent to your email and may take 2-3 days to update in the USPS tracking system after postage is printed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

Shipping through USPS can take 3-7 business days for standard shipping.

Priority Shipping averages 1-3 business day. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Delivery may take up to 2-4 weeks depending on your countries customs.
Buyer is responsible for any custom taxes on packages. Packages being held at customs are buyer’s responsibility.

Failed Shipping attempts & Damaged Items:

We are always here to help if issues during the shipping process. However, once the package has left our facility, we no longer have control of the package itself.  Please make sure to double check all shipping information. Most issues regarding shipping can be solved by calling USPS and providing your tracking number from purchase. We are not liable for additional cost for damage caused by carrier or customer. If items arrive Damaged, please use photos to best document the damage.  Please email sales@everchangingjewelry.com within 7 days of arrival if items arrive damaged.
